Ankish Shetty is Corporate Executive Chef at Restaurant Associates (Compass Group) in New York City, where he oversees culinary operations for one of the city's largest institutional dining accounts. Originally from Mumbai, he trained at Rasoi by Vineet — the Michelin-starred Indian restaurant in Geneva — and at the Kempinski Grand Hotel Des Bains in St. Moritz, Switzerland, before building his career across India, Europe, Baltimore, and New York. He serves as a jury member for Food in Space 2026, an international culinary innovation competition, and is a published contributor to Restaurant Technology News. His newsletter, Modern Indian Cuisine at Scale, explores the intersection of culinary craft and high-volume operational systems.
