Jessica Mills, CMP, is a results-oriented Sales and Event Director with over a decade of leadership across top-tier restaurant groups, luxury country clubs, and corporate event management. Currently serving as the Director of Event Sales at Country Club of the North, Jessica specializes in driving revenue growth, optimizing operational workflows, and launching venue-specific event programs tailored to unique operational environments.
Throughout her career, Jessica has spearheaded multi-million-dollar event sales operations across diverse hospitality sectors. From scaling private event revenue by 50% at high-profile venue Cassia under the Rustic Canyon Restaurant Group to managing nationwide, multi-day corporate conferences for thousands of attendees at The Cincinnati Insurance Companies, her experience spans every facet of modern event leadership. She has also held key management roles at Love Catering, Inc. and Morton's The Steakhouse, building high-performing sales teams and establishing collaborative SOPs.
Having executed events inside bustling public restaurant spaces, exclusive membership-based country clubs, and independent freelance setups, Jessica brings a sharp perspective to how venue architecture, daily operations, and guest demographics fundamentally transform event programming. While freelance planning focuses primarily on third-party coordination, brick-and-mortar hospitality requires balancing internal service flow, venue profitability, and long-term brand equity.
