Featured as a BizBash Industry Thought Leader and author of a 2018 Catersource feature on experiential event planning, Jessica Mills specializes in building and optimizing restaurant event operations. As Event Sales Manager at Cassia (Rustic Canyon Family), she redesigned event planning workflows from the ground up—implementing new SOPs, floorplan optimizations, and staff training programs to streamline execution. Previously, at Imperial Western Beer Company (Pouring with Heart), she authored original SOPs and contracts, developed custom event menus, and implemented new CRM, calendaring, and reporting systems for large-scale client productions up to 2,000 guests.
