Mary Davidson's culinary journey began in her father's kitchen, where she first discovered the power of food to bring people together. What started as childhood curiosity grew into a lifelong career in the culinary industry, working in fast-paced kitchens and experiencing firsthand the passion and pressures of the profession. Through these experiences, Mary developed a strong belief in the value of leadership and the responsibility of caring for the people in one's charge. This perspective led her to become a mental health advocate within the culinary community, working to raise awareness and encourage healthier, more supportive kitchen cultures. In addition to her work in the industry, Mary is the proud mother of six children, an experience that continues to shape her perspective on resilience, empathy, and the importance of supporting others.
