Amanda Trackey, Founder, Curora Studio

Amanda Trackey is a hospitality consultant, speaker, and founder of Curora Studio and Curora Weddings & Events. With nearly 20 years of experience spanning catering, venue management, hospitality sales, luxury weddings, operations, and consulting, Amanda has built her career helping hospitality businesses create exceptional experiences from the inside out. Having worked in nearly every corner of the industry, Amanda understands the realities of leading teams, managing events, serving clients, solving problems under pressure, and building businesses in an ever-changing hospitality landscape. Today, she partners with caterers, venues, event professionals, and hospitality organizations to strengthen operations, elevate guest experiences, develop high-performing teams, and implement practical systems that support long-term growth. Amanda is also a member of The Mingle Series, a networking and educational community created to bring hospitality professionals together through intentional conversations, authentic relationship-building, and collaborative learning. What began as a local networking event has grown into a community where meaningful connections are prioritized over transactional introductions, inspiring the creation of The Modern Hospitality Exchange. Known for her relatable storytelling, engaging facilitation style, and practical education, Amanda creates experiences that encourage participation, spark conversation, and leave attendees with ideas they can immediately put into practice. Whether she's leading a networking experience, facilitating a workshop, or speaking from the stage, her mission is simple: to help hospitality professionals build stronger businesses by building stronger relationships. Based in upstate New York, Amanda continues to work alongside hospitality professionals every week, giving her a current, practical perspective on the opportunities and challenges shaping today's industry.
