Alex Springberg, Director of Business Development and Special Events, GFS Events
Alex Springberg is the Director of Business Development & Events at GFS Events. For the past seven years, she has partnered with local and national nonprofit organizations to create impactful, memorable events that inspire generosity and strengthen communities. She enjoys collaborating with clients who value thoughtful planning and logistical precision, and loves finding creative solutions for unique event formats, complex event flows, and one-of-a-kind experiences. Beyond her work at GFS Events, Alex serves on the Executive Team for Young Nonprofit Professionals Network (YNPN) San Diego, where she helps connect and support professionals early in their nonprofit careers. She is a graduate of the University of Arizona, where she earned a degree in Retailing & Consumer Science. Outside of work, you'll likely find her searching for the best scoop of ice cream or spending time at the beach taking in a San Diego sunset.
