Kim Quick, Director of Sustainability, Jeffrey A. Miller Hospitality Group
Kim oversees the JAM Hospitality Group (JAM) Sustainability Team and collaborates on cross-departmental teams to advance environmental and social impact. She sees a huge opportunity for JAM to be a sustainability leader in the hospitality industry, particularly in the areas of waste reduction, composting, local sourcing, green weddings, and plant-forward dining. In 2025, Kim Quick served as Interim Executive Director of the Sustainable Business Network of Greater Philadelphia (SBN) to support their leadership transition. She currently teaches a graduate-level course at the University of Pennsylvania, Leading Change for Sustainability. Kim's big picture purpose is to be a commitment to modeling mindful, positive, and courageous leadership in service of a flourishing world. She lives with her family in Woodstown, New Jersey just down the road from her in-law's vegetable farm where her two young daughters love exploring and seeing firsthand how food is grown.
