Karen O'Connor leads Daniel's culinary team, overseeing menu development and driving the creative process that consistently delivers exceptional dining experiences for clients. A recipient of the prestigious CATIE Chef of the Year Award, Karen has served as chair of the Culinary Council and President of the International Caterers Association. With a passion for mentoring the next generation, Karen has taught at both Catersource and The Art of Catering Food, sharing her extensive knowledge and enthusiasm for the catering industry with emerging chefs. Her leadership combines culinary excellence with a commitment to innovation and education.
