Kenneth Knief is a hospitality financial strategist with more than 30 years of hands-on experience turning underperforming operations into profitable ones. He is the founder and principal of Hospitality Resource Group, a hospitality management and consulting firm he has operated for over two decades, and the creator of MyProfitPulsePro, a cost management platform built specifically for restaurant operators who want real-time visibility into their COGS, labor, and profitability without the complexity of enterprise software. Kenneth built his career the hard way — starting in food service, earning his stripes as a professional chef across New York, San Diego, and Washington D.C., then opening and operating his own concept in the Annapolis market for over a decade before selling it to focus full-time on helping other operators. Since then, he has consulted on the development, scaling, and turnaround of numerous multi-million dollar, multi-unit organizations.
