As COO of RMC&E, Lizzy oversees all aspects of operations, leading teams to achieve operational efficiency and excellence, while maintaining the organization's high service standards. She develops and implements strategies to support the organization's mission of delivering unparalleled event experiences, and is charged with enhancing team productivity, process improvement, and client satisfaction across all departments. Lizzy has built her career in hospitality, and after thirteen years with RMC&E, is fueled by the pursuit of innovation, and energized by uncovering ways to up-level the client experience.
