Jerome Dees, Vice President of Sales, Tacolicious
In 2024, Jerome Dees Jr. was honored with a Leadership Award by the National Restaurant Association in recognition of his impact on the industry. Named one of the Most Influential Restaurant Executives in the country in 2021 and 2022 by Nation's Restaurant News, Jerome currently acts as the the VP of Sales at Tacolicious, where he leads catering, private dining, partnerships, and revenue growth across multiple Bay Area locations. His career began on the front lines as a delivery driver and grew into leadership roles overseeing catering sales, operations, and team development. Over his career, Jerome has contributed to nearly $100 million in catering and CPG-related sales, spoken at more than 100 conferences and events, and been recognized by the National Restaurant Association. His work focuses on building practical sales systems, developing leaders from within, and helping catering teams turn daily chaos into repeatable growth.
