Jason Brown-Hoesing, Special Events Manager, Westin Edina Galleria
Jason Brown Hoesing is a hospitality professional based in the Twin Cities with nearly three decades of experience across catering, venues, and guest experience. He currently serves as a Special Events Manager at The Westin Edina Galleria and is the founder of JBH Hospitality. His work focuses on designing more human experiences in an industry that often runs on process, helping teams align what they intend to deliver with what guests actually experience. Through his writing and speaking, Jason explores the space between service and hospitality, with a focus on communication, awareness, and the small moments that shape how an event is truly felt.
