Adrienne Brink, Owner, Uncommon Camellia
Adrienne Brink is the founder of Uncommon Camellia, a leading wedding planning company based in New Orleans. With over eight years of experience as a mental health counselor and group therapist, Adrienne brings a unique psychology-informed approach to building high-performing teams in the wedding industry. After her mother's diagnosis with Early-Onset Alzheimer's, Adrienne left traditional counseling to pursue her long-held passion for wedding planning. She founded Uncommon Camellia in 2017 with a vision to create not only exceptional client experiences but also a sustainable, empathetic company culture that supports coordinators' real lives and family seasons. Today, her company plans and coordinates hundreds of weddings annually while maintaining one of the industry's most positive and enduring team cultures. Adrienne is passionate about teaching wedding industry business owners how to build psychologically healthy, high-retention teams that prioritize empathy, clear communication, and long-term well-being without sacrificing excellence.
