From his roots in Canada to producing events around the world, Kevin Bilida, owner and founder of TLC Creative, has built a career focused on creating engaging live experiences. His passion for music led to the creation of the "OverDrive" multimedia shows, which entertained audiences throughout the Pacific Northwest. As those productions grew in popularity, they evolved into the Talking Laser Company—TLC.
After relocating the company to Los Angeles in 1987, TLC became a leading provider of laser effects for film, television, music videos, and corporate events. Over the years, the company has expanded its expertise in special effects, robotics, and live event technology, earning recognition for delivering innovative and reliable production solutions.
Today, TLC Creative works with clients worldwide to design memorable event experiences. By combining creative thinking with emerging technologies, the company helps bring ideas to life through impactful visuals, special effects, and audience-focused productions.
