Angelika Bazarnik, M.S., CPCE, is a hospitality leader, event strategist, and founder of EVENT-IT, a tech platform designed to streamline event operations. With over 20 years of experience managing luxury events at top venues—including Waldorf Astoria Las Vegas, Wynn, and The Cosmopolitan—she blends practical expertise with academic insight as a current Ph.D. student at UNLV researching inefficiencies and stress in event planning. Angelika is a frequent speaker, award-winning innovator, and passionate advocate for smarter, safer events.
