Use AI to build custom business tools without knowing how to code! Many of the repetitive tasks unique to catering can now be solved with lightweight, custom tools created in plain English using today's AI platforms.

Rather than focusing on AI theory, attendees will witness real tools being built from simple prompts, covering categories like:
• Branded label generators
• Packing list and production checklist generators
• Dietary restriction / allergen matcher
• Proposal and event timeline builders
• Custom calculators for portions, staffing, and equipment

This session is designed for operators and planners, not programmers.

Session attendees will leave with a library of prompts, examples, and a framework for identifying opportunities to build their own time-saving tools.
