Every CaterSource veteran knows it: some of the best ideas you walk away with come from the person sitting next to you. Steve DeAngelo and Mark Lopez believe attendee-to-attendee exchange is one of the most valuable parts of this conference — so this session is built to supercharge exactly that, alongside everything else you're learning on the main stage.

This isn't a lecture. It's a live, fast-moving mastermind experiment. Attendees will be randomly grouped, given a real operational challenge (payroll, overtime, staffing, sourcing, and more), and given a tight window to share what's actually working in their business — speed-round style. The best idea from each round gets surfaced to the full room. By the end of the hour, everyone walks out with a notebook full of tactics they didn't have an hour earlier, sourced directly from the people in the room with them.
